And yes it was. For Taron’s birthday this year he wanted to go to Lagoon Amusement Park in Utah. It has been YEARS since I have been here. We had an amazing time. The sun was out. The temperature was just around 80 degrees. What more could we have asked for……maybe a second day.
We had the pleasure of having friends join us.
I would catch myself looking over at this young man.
How did I get so lucky?

I got to be fast friends with Abigail.
She says she normally doesn’t ride the rides,
but she rode every single one of them…
with me.

I think the last time I was at Lagoon,
these two could only ride the kiddie rides.
Not the case this time.
I get the distinct feeling someone is watching me.

we got drenched…..and it was cold.
The kids shut the park down. They rode the final blast of this one.
I believe we were the last car to leave the parking lot.

We had a fabulous time at Lagoon.
Memories were made.
Friendships strengthened.
Loved on my kids.
